The other night a friend of mine who always has the IN on different events around L.A. asked me if I wanted to go to the BET Awards after party.  Of course I couldn’t think of anything in my closet I really wanted to wear.  I didn”t want to run out to buy something for this, being the entrepreneurial girl that I am, wanting to save my pennies.  At the same time, I figured this may be a great networking opportunity so I needed to go.  After weighing my options I decided I MUST go but not without making the most out of this potential business opportunity.  My best option was the V-Tunic  in black.  I put a cute lacy tank underneath and threw on my favorite Stuart Weitzman, strappy, rhinestone sandals.  I made sure to rub my favorite Olive Body Butter by The Body Shop on my legs so they were glistening and ready for my new short dress.  Throw in my sequin clutch and I had myself an outfift. I received tons of compliments.  Didn’t feel uncomfortable, just at ease and in style. Of course this versatile piece can be worn in other ways.  I often throw it on to walk my dog in the Hollywood Hills.  No matter how you choose to wear it, I guarantee this will become one of your favorites.

The cottons are light and the modals are so soft you’ll think of them as a second skin.
